Gettysburg Reenactment – 2012

The 2nd South Carolina String Band will be holding the high ground after Independence Day. They will be ‘Tenting on the Old Campground’ at the beautiful Redding Farm on Table Rock Road in Gettysburg. They will be presenting their authentically rousing renditions of many familiar and not-so-famlliar songs and melodies popular throughout our nation in the years leading up to and including the War Between the States. It has been said of this band, “Listening to them is like eavesdropping on History!” Come out to see and hear for yourself.
